BokbandContemporary panelled calf over wooden boards, sewn on four double supports, endbands in white and beige. Richly blind-tooled on covers and back (rolls with e.g. biblical scenes and Iustificacio, Peccatum, Satisfactio). Added tooling on front cover in blackened gold alloy (AETII MEDICI and corner flowers) At foredge two clasps of which only the catchplates are extant. Watermark on endleaves: bear.
